Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Atlas ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Atlas is an AI automation platform that lets you create tasks and workflows which run on a schedule or on demand, powered by third-party AI providers such as Google Gemini. Features, pricing, and availability may change.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Atlas.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• One person or entity per account; don't share your login.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Atlas to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Send spam, phish, or harass anyone.
• Generate or distribute malware, CSAM, or content that promotes violence.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or billing.
• Use the Service to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about people without human review.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the tasks, prompts, and data you bring to Atlas ("Your Content"). You grant Atlas a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not violate these Terms.

5. Third-party services and API keys

Atlas relies on third-party providers (for example, Google Gemini). When you bring your own API key, your use of that provider is also subject to its terms. You are responsible for any charges those providers bill you.

6. Pricing

Atlas currently offers a free tier. Paid plans, if introduced, will be clearly described at sign-up. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AI OUTPUTS MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE — DO NOT RELY ON THEM FOR MEDICAL, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR SAFETY-CRITICAL DECISIONS WITHOUT INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLAS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Atlas against any claim arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in California.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
